Second time eating here over the Christmas period. Starters were lovely the main was very good and the Desert was okay.. Waited about 25 mins for starters and same again for the main. Never enjoyed it as much as I did last year but still was a good night, staff are friendly and helpful and the pub is beautiful, I would definitely recommend it but whether I will come back for a third year remains to be seen. There is no reception what so ever or Wi-Fi in the pub, if you're there early and meeting people this can cause problems for that i give it 3 stars and not 4.

25th March 2018. I joined my cousins for lunch. This venue leaves a great deal to be desired with regard to quality of food. We were seven in all and we all agreed that this place was expensive and certainly not worth a second visit. The starters were difficult to find as they were so small on the plate and the main dishes were extremely poor.

The owners' attitude was equally bad telling me that she had a large party of people in today and they thought it was wonderful. Rather than trying to prove the quality of the Pub (and I call it that) because in no way does this qualify to be called a restaurant.

To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Not only should the kitchen take some lessons in fine dining but the management needs to go back to school to learn that the customer needs to return to stay in business. This is a lesson that she has obviously not learned.

Take my advice and find an eatery that appreciates your custom and where you can park safely.

Good food which is well presented. However, it is a pub but now charges restaurant prices.


Can be a little noisy with drinkers at the bar.
