One Call Insurance

Why can't I talk to a human being, my computer is so slow I'm getting very bored and frustrated,in fact, I am going to talk to other insurance company's by phone , as it seems you are unable to use one

Impossible to contact this insurance company.

I want to cancel my policy but keep being referred to ive chat, but live chat is not working.

Beware the small print. Was not allowed to change my policy to include my son as a named driver... was forced to cancel and incur an early cancellation fee!

I never sign up for auto renewal yet these people auto renewed without notifying me of intent to do so after I had renewed with another company for one third of the price that one call were charging,
What a fight to get my money back, I had to prove to them that I had already renewed and contacting them is part of the scam, they make that very hard to do

The worst car insurance company that I have ever had to deal with.

It is almost impossible to contact the company. The only way is via the 'live portal' on your smartphone app. I even wrote to the CEO to complain.

I scrapped my car and wanted to cancel my insurance policy. When I finally managed to chat with someone via the app, I was told that I would receive a refund of £5 (five whole pounds), even though my policy still had 6 months left to run....

Be warned.....

DO NOT USE THIS INSURER. Can't phone, can't email. They operate only on Text Chat. I am a customer of theirs and had the misfortune of claiming on my insurance policy...1 year later i may need to appear in court because they are incompetent. Take a look at their Trustpilot reviews, the 5 star ones are the simple enquiries that were easily dealt with. The 1 Star reviews are from customers who really needed help with claims or cancelling policies etc.
Just avoid One Call.

i have a quote as a new customer and it says go in to customer portal to diesel with us??
I don't have a portal because I am not a customer yet.

Don't insure with one call they are rubbish. They keep telling you to go to your portal. But you can't do anything. I am so frustrated. There is no one to speak to. Absolutely diabolical service and I will never insure with them again.
Avoid one call at all costs.
I cannot stress enough what a terrible company this Is.

awful company, impossible to speak to anyone and live chat doesn't work on laptop or phone, but managed to get hold of this number and got through to someone but it did little good.

Avoid if poss, no telephone or email helpline, and impossible to get webchat help. Going round the online portal in circles, as no way to contact a real person....
Right now , i am no 55 in queue for webchat, waited 15 mins so far. Only want to ensure my policy will not be renewed.
I changed numberplate on vehicle, so tried to contact Onecall. No chance ! impossible !!!!!
