Hathershaw Post Office

Absolutely rude and disrespectful behaviour from the main man Taz. Clearly overwhelmed and understaffed, but rather than appreciating the customers who keep his business going, he is quite the opposite. I've had to use this post office due to it being closest to me on a few occasions, but now I am willing to drive out as I've had enough of his obnoxious behaviour. He needs to take some customer service training or just let the business go, he's clearly not cut for this work. Avoid using as he has no people skills and is vile.

This is a small central post office, situated on the main road with some side street parking to the side. No Parking at the front as it is a hot spot for traffic wardens. Easy acess from the 409 bus service and a 2 minute walk from the bus stop.


There is a Cash Machine situated on the outside of the post office and can be used 24 hours a day.


Staff are very helpful and friendly and are happy to help you with anything. The post Office stocks a good range of greatings cards and some small gifts all at reasonable prices.


They also stock a good selection of stationary.


This post office can get quite busy early on in the mornings and I would advise going after about 10am.


You can always be sure of helpful service with a smile in this post office.
