Took a long time for a tire repair, but they warned me of this when I called. I knew what to expect. The repair was good and a fair price.

Dont get work done here these guys dont honor their work.
Paid for an alignment and it came back worse. Went back and they said they would take another look at it. Made it better but still not aligned truck drags to the side. Im not gonna lose another 3 days of work taking it back.

My tire pressure warning light came on while shortly after leaving for work. I couldn't find my tire pressure gauge so I figured I'd stop by, have them check for a puncture and, if one was present, get it fixed.
When I asked them to check my tire pressure, I was informed that they both needed information from inside my vehicle as well as personal information including my phone number. I asked why a phone number was required to check someone's tire pressure and, while I don't remember the exact response, it could just as well have been "It doesn't matter, stop whining." I was then told that it would take TWO HOURS before they could even check my tire pressures.
I said forget it and walked out. I went home, found my tire pressure gauge, and checked my tires. All four of them were barely below the recommended levels and I just needed to put a little air in them. It didn't take me two hours and I didn't have to give anyone my contact information for them to sell to the highest bidder.
My favorite part was that as I was leaving the guy gave me a sarcastic "Have a nice day." And I did have a nice day, probably because I didn't wait 2+ hours for this dunce to tell me that there wasn't actually anything wrong with my tires. Wow! I stopped in to get my brakes checked out because they seemed to be vibrating and also asked for a tire rotation.
1. When I got back they had not rotated my tire's despite saying they did. Had I not put a little tag on one of them I would have never know . I went back and had them do it. They didnt follow the proper rotation procedure.
2. Now this one is absurd. I went to change my rotors and someone had welded one of the retaining bolts! As in they went out of their way to weld the Philips head opening of the screw! What an evil POS. I know if was firestone 100% as they were the last people to service my car and it was recently.
Not only did they lie about doing the job they promised, they went out of their way to sabotage future repairs on my car! Y'all are slow af but got my tire though... the next day. Also I arrived over an hour and half early before closing time and I even called in to let them know if they could take me that evening they said to bring my van over there and after I checked in waited over an hour and stepped outside I saw technicians just walking around even standing staring at me knowing my van was just waiting to be worked on outside for not 4 new tires just one... one tire. Anyways won't step foot in here again but thanks for the tire bye!

Had a appointment for an alignment at 1pm dropped my car off I was told it would be ready by 3pm, called at 2:35pm I was told it was on the rack and it might take a little longer, but it would be ready by 3:30pm. Got there at 3:40pm they looked for my paperwork could not find it then they said they had dropped the ball nothing had been. my car sat there for three hours with no work done and on top of that they lied to me saying it was on the rack I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!

Just discovered that the antifreeze coolant they put in my benz is not designed for benz. Now just having issues with sensors and thermostat. To their credit, after showing photo of the green stuff they agreed to redo the flush and put in blue.

I noticed my brakes squeaking which usually indicates the pads are going. I called to schedule an appointment, but after 25 unanswered rings at the location, opted to call the Firestone scheduling specialist mentioned on their website. The "specialist" confirmed my appointment for Thursday February 16th at 10:00 AM. When I arrived for my "appointment " I was informed that I didn't have one because the store needed to have confirmed the appointment to be valid, despite the scheduling specialist making the appointment. What is the point in having a scheduling department that can't actually schedule anything? One hour wasted, and now I have to try to find someplace else to do the work. I won't use Firestone ever again. Extremely poorly handled.

These guys are on top of their game. I called on a Saturday morning wanting a specific tire and they were able to transfer it up from San Francisco on the same day. Later I learned the manager drive down to SF himself to get the tires I ordered, talk about customer service! They had my new tires installed and the vehicle aligned in less than 2 hours, which I thought was pretty darned good as it was a Saturday. Every associate I encountered was friendly and informative. I'll definitely continue to use Firestone as they exceeded my expectations.
